At IK Sofa Upholstery, we put the needs of our customers first. We work hard to provide premium upholstery services that are designed to meet your demands. Yet since our work is customized, please carefully review our return and refund policy.
Custom Upholstery Services
Each and every one of our services is specific to your chosen couch size, fabric, and style. Orders cannot be swapped or refunded once they have been confirmed and work has begun. Prior to final approval, we advise all customers to check their order details, fabric selections, and measurements.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery if your upholstered furniture has obvious damage or defects from our service. After considering the problem, we will provide one of the following fixes:
- Free of charge repair or rework
- If a rework is not possible, a partial refund
- Materials are replaced if they are proven to be defective.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation without any charges.
- After 24 hours, if materials have been purchased or work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work completed.
No Return on Personalized Orders
Our services are customized to meet the needs of each unique customer. We are unable to accept returns or provide complete refunds for the following reasons:
- Experiencing a change of mind after finishing the work
- Incorrect measurements or the customer’s selection of clothes
- Slight color fluctuations brought on by variances in the screen and lighting
